1. Read Bible daily
2. Spend time praying daily
3. Journal insights from Bible and prayer
4. Church involvement including and beyond regular attendance
5. Listen to gospel centered messages (radio, podcasts, etc.)
6. Serve and encourage others
7. Start your day with a time of prayer and praise
8. End your day with a time of praise and thanksgiving
9. Bible study
10. Invest time in growing as a disciple
11. Participate in or lead a small group
12. Make time for yourself and actively use that time for restoration and healing
